At Mavrix.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or customized products
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged through misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, Mavrix.pk will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
